By the hour

Priced by how many people are on the stage — crew, cast and clients, not just the ones on camera. 4-hour minimum.

1–5 people$89 / hr

6–15 people$199 / hr

16–30 people$249 / hr

31+ people$299 / hr

Under 30 people, hourly usually comes in under the day rate — book the hours you actually need.

These are the dressed sets. The green screen stage is booked by the day; ask us for an hourly rate on it.

Full production day

12 hours, any crew size, air conditioning included. The set is yours for the day and comes off the calendar.

For crews of 30 and up the day rate beats hourly from about ten hours on — and it stops the clock mattering.

Add-ons

Cleaning

$150 flat

Charged once per booking, not per day. It covers resetting the set after you wrap, so the next production walks into it the way you did.

Air conditioning

$15 / hr

Billed only for the hours you run it, and included at no charge on full 12-hour days. You pay for AC when you want it on, not as a line baked into every booking.

DMX lighting grid

$300 / day

The overhead grid is pre-hung and DMX-addressable. Cheaper than trucking a package in, and it saves you the rigging.

Booking more than one set, or more than one day? Say so in your enquiry — that is where the number moves.

Day types

Shoot day: 12 hours with cameras rolling. This is the standard rate.
Prep day: Your art department dressing, your gaffer pre-lighting, your grips laying track. Reduced rate.
Strike day: Restoring the set and getting your gear out. Reduced rate.
Half day: Six hours, subject to availability around other bookings.
Hold: We take the dates off the calendar while you lock your schedule. Converts to a booking with a deposit.

Booking terms

Deposit: A deposit holds your dates and comes off the balance. Dates aren't locked until the deposit is received.
Balance: Due on or before your first booked day unless we've agreed otherwise in writing.
Insurance: A Certificate of Insurance naming Module Set LLC as additional insured is required before load-in. General liability and, where applicable, workers' compensation.
Condition: The set goes back the way you found it. Normal wear is expected; damage, paint and permanent alterations are billed, and any modification needs approval first.
Overtime: Hours past your booked window are billed at your hourly rate. A booked day is 12 hours.
Cancellation: Cancellation close to your first booked day forfeits the deposit — the exact window is in your quote.
Nothing hidden: Every fee we charge is on this page. If it isn't listed here, it will not appear on your quote.
