The stage
Everything in one building
Inside the studio zone, minutes from the 118.
The stage plan
This is the whole argument for booking here rather than three locations: a production can shoot a hospital corridor, a classroom and a restaurant on the same day without a company move, a second permit or a second load-in.

Production support
A stage is only as useful as what surrounds it. Load-in, parking, holding, hair and makeup and mill space are all here, so your day doesn't depend on a basecamp three blocks away.

Parking
On-site production parking. Tell us your vehicle count when you inquire.
Holding & green room
Space for background, cast holding and production offices during your shoot days.
Hair & makeup
Dedicated HMU space with mirrors and stations.
Mill / work space
Room for your art department to build, paint and stage dressing.

Location
9419 Mason Ave Unit G
Chatsworth, CA 91311
Chatsworth sits inside the Los Angeles 30-mile studio zone, so there's no distant-location premium for crew coming from the Valley, the Westside or downtown.
Tech scouts welcome
Bring your director, DP, production designer and key grip. Walking the set is the fastest way to know whether it works for your script — and it costs you nothing.
