We built Module Set around the five interiors that cause that problem most often, and we keep them standing. No build calendar, no permit office, no gatekeeper. Your production designer dresses instead of builds, your gaffer refines a package that already works, and your first AD schedules around your cast.

Everything sits on one stage in Chatsworth, Los Angeles, CA, inside the Los Angeles studio zone. Productions regularly book two or three of our sets in the same week and move between them on foot.
