Insurance requirements
Every production must provide a Certificate of Insurance before load-in. Your COI needs to:
- Name Module Set LLC as additional insured
- Include commercial general liability
- Include workers' compensation where applicable
- Cover your full booking window including prep and strike days
- List the stage address as the covered location
Send your COI to Business@module-set.com once your dates are confirmed. Coverage limits are listed in your quote.
